Local 1097 Rochester NY."  All of the stitching is in great shape.The only tag says"Hilton Single Needle Sleeve 15-M-15 1/2 Do Not Bleach Made in USA".  There is no fabric tag, but judging from the wrinkles it is cotton.This is a great shirt, but I have gotten to fat to wear it.  Don't miss out.  US bidders only, please.
